Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer two choices for delivery, depending on how quickly you need your order. Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

48 hour - Free over £40 spend, otherwise £5.99 24 hour - £3.99 over £40 spend, otherwise £8.99

Vehicle mats are bulky products, we've done everything we can to keep shipping costs down as low as possible but unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping at the moment.

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

Once we have your order, and manufacturing has begun, we will notify you by email at every stage of this process. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link. This is also available on our website here: Track Order

Can I split my order to ship to different locations?

Unfortunately rather than split an order for two locations, you will need to place two separate orders with individual delivery addresses.

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

We offer payment via PayPal and standard card payments. We also have Apply Pay and Google Pay coming soon.

Can I split my payment?

Unfortunately it is not possible to split payment types across one order.

Orders and Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on items that were purchased more than 30 days ago unless the item is proven to be faulty / defective.

To be eligible for a return within the 30 days, the item must be returned unused in the packaging that it was originally delivered in. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that 'customised', made to order products, unless proven to be faulty or defective are NOT eligible for return or refund. To initiate a return in the first instance please contact Awesome at support@awesomecarmats.co.uk & to complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, and it is up to the customer to pay the cost of return postage.

Once your returned item is received by us and inspected, we will contact you by email to acknowledge this and to inform you whether we have accepted or rejected your refund claim. If your refund claim is accepted by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the credit / debit card or third party payment platform you purchased with.

How do I cancel an order?

The simple answer is YES you can cancel an order, but there are strict limitations. It depends entirely upon where the order is up to at the point you decide to cancel. If you cancel before we have cut material then it is possible to cancel the order and you will not be charged. Conversely, if we have already cut the material for your car mat then you cannot cancel, the order process will proceed all the way to delivery and you will be charged accordingly. By checking the 'Track your order' status, you will be able to assess where your order is up to: if your order status has changed from PAID to EMBROIDERY or to SEWING then it is too late to cancel and stop the process. But on receiving the mats, you are able to return the item still in the packaging, within 30 days, for a refund.
